In the context of providing you with assistance in relation to your mortgage and/or insurance requirements Your Information may include:

• Title, names, date of birth, gender, nationality, civil/marital status, contact details, addresses

• Employment and remuneration information

• Bank account details, tax information, loans and credit commitments

• Health status and history including medical reports

• Existing mortgage and insurance products

We process your information to perform our contract with you, for legitimate business interests, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We may process sensitive health and criminal data where necessary to provide insurance recommendations in line with UK law.

We collect information directly from you and from third parties such as credit agencies, employers and public records.

We securely store, process, and share your information with lenders, insurers and our Network.

Your information may be shared with lenders, insurers, our Network and trusted third parties to fulfil your application.

We take appropriate steps to keep your data secure and retain it for a minimum of six years.

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data and withdraw consent.
